The
Sedona
The
Sedona is a 3 bedroom gite located on the south wing of the Château. It
has an independent entrance that faces a romantic multi-tiered garden with a terrace
shaded by a large weeping willow. The open living room/kitchen has exposed stone
and brick walls with an old cast iron fireplace creating a cozy corner in the
living area. A counter separates the fully equipped kitchen (oven, four gas burners,
refrigerator, dishwasher etc) from the sitting area. The interior decor is provencal
with terra cotta tiles, antique pieces and bright colours.
The master bedroom
has a king sized bed with an ensuite bathroom custom designed by a local decorator.
The second bedroom with its two twin beds faces the interior courtyard with views
of the fields beyond. Next to it is a large bathroom flooded with light from its
large east facing window overlooking the courtyard.
The third bedroom,
with its uniquely curved wall of brick and stone has a double and a single bed.
Guests staying in the Sedona have use of the 16 X 10 m pool ideally located next
to an alley of centennial trees in the 5 acre garden of the Chateau.
